SafetyCentral

The site's safety work, written down as it happens.

Reports, actions, checks, certificates: recorded as they happen, for every company on the site.

The site, screen by screen.

Reporting

The field fills it in, so the reports tell the truth.

A QR code on the hoarding: pick the type, add a photo if you like, send. No account, and the report can stay anonymous.

Whoever reports sees what happens next, and can then keep their reports in an account of their own, with their certificates and the site's documents, from one site to the next. They see it matters, so they report again. Every report becomes a ticket the site follows, and the reports start from there.

More on reporting
The public reporting form on a phone, with the report types: near miss, hazard.
Actions

One finding, one owner, one date.

A finding can open a follow-up action with an owner, a due date and a priority. Lateness shows in red, and every change stays in the history.

More on actions
The site's tasks: 32 to do, 21 overdue, with owners and due dates.
Equipment

What isn't checked shows.

Daily checks and periodic inspections of scaffolds, aerial work platforms and forklifts. Suspended equipment is marked "do not use". Every past day stays on record.

More on equipment
Today's checks: 14 items, 4 problems, 10 to check.
People

Who may work here, and until when.

Each certificate is validated by the employer or by the site, with its expiry date. Everyone's status reads at a glance, and the expiry comes before the problem does.

More on people
A person's page: their requirements on the site and who validated each certificate.
Companies

Every company on the site, and what each still owes.

The companies on site, their people and equipment, and for each one what is missing before starting: expected documents, people not ready.

More on companies
The companies on the site: people ready and requirements met for each.
Reports

The site's figures, dated.

Events, closure rate, time to resolve. Excel export, scheduled reports, and frozen, dated snapshots for the management review.

More on reports
A report: tickets created, closure rate, split by type and priority.

Who is it for?

You run sites

Owners, industrial plants, general contractors. Reporting, equipment and coordinating the companies on site, in one place. The companies you invite pay nothing.

You work on your clients' sites

Electrical, maintenance, scaffolding, cleaning, subcontractors at any tier. Each employee's qualifications, validated and current, follow them from one site to the next.

You send consultants to clients

Consulting, engineering, design offices. Your consultants move from client to client: what each client requires of them, and what they still lack, shows before they go.

Your company

When your client audits, the evidence is already there.

A client audit, or a certification audit, asks for evidence: who is qualified, validated by whom, until when. SafetyCentral keeps it for every one of your employees, on all your clients' sites.

A site manager's passport: 6 of 8 requirements met, and who validated each.

A passport for each person

Their job, what it requires, what is on file, and who validated it.

Statuses that don't cheat

Validated, pending, expired, never recorded. “Nobody told us” never counts as compliant.

The expiry date before the problem

A warning 30 days before each expiry, to the person, to your company and to the sites.

One record, every site

Each certificate is entered once and follows the person to all your clients. The site sees the status, never health papers.

Your company documents

Certifications, ISO 45001, insurance, risk assessment: versions, dates and warnings, sent to each site in one click. A safety plan is flagged when the site's coordination plan changes.

PPE and Excel files

The PPE register: issued, checked, retired. The jobs grid exports, gets fixed in Excel and imports back.

Questions

What is SafetyCentral?

HSE software for work sites and industrial plants, made for every company working on them: field reporting by QR code, corrective actions, equipment checks, certificates and clearances, coordination documents and reports. It covers the safety side of a QHSE system.

Do I need to install an app?

No. SafetyCentral opens in the browser, on a phone, tablet or computer.

Does reporting a near miss or a hazard need an account?

No. Scan the site's QR code, pick the type, fill it in and send. A photo is optional and the report can stay anonymous. An e-mail, also optional, lets the reporter follow what happens next.

Do the companies on the site have to pay?

No. The site is paid for by its owner, and the companies working on it use it at no extra cost. A company without an account answers through a link.

What is free?

Your first site, with reporting and no AI. For companies, the people list, and the Company plan up to 3 people.

Can we import our Excel files?

Yes, with the Company plan: staff lists, certificates, PPE registers, equipment, past reports. AI reads your files, and you review every row before it is saved.

What does the AI do with our data?

It reads the files you import and suggests the rows to save; you validate them. The models run in France and keep nothing beyond each reading.

Where is the data hosted?

In France, at Scaleway, in the Paris region. Your data does not leave Europe.

Our employees work for several clients: do we enter everything again for each one?

No. Each certificate is entered once and follows the person to all your clients. The site sees the status and what is missing, never health papers.

Who validates certificates?

The employer or the site. A certificate the person declares counts once validated, and the app says by whom.

Which languages?

French and English.

The SafetyCentral owl, wearing a hard hat.

Let's talk about your site.

We set SafetyCentral up with you, from your forms and your files. Your spreadsheets of people, certificates and equipment import from Excel.
